Stacey Construction's Design and Build service provides a complete, one-stop client solution. We'll take care of everything: providing design plans, liaising with Council and Highways agencies, dealing with the process for applications and approvals for planning permission / building regulations, financing the project through to completion (if required), and - naturally - construction.

And after more than thirty years in business, Stacey Construction understands better than anyone that while construction is under way, trade needs to go on. So we'll work around you, rather than expect you to fit in with us. Our teams will work 24-hour shifts if necessary to ensure minimal disruption to normal business.

Many years of working with blue chip companies have given us a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of relevant industry and public safety standards, including those governing working within a Food Safe environment, and Construction and Design Management Regulations (CDM). So where legislation is concerned, standards are exceeded - as standard.
