Stacey Construction encompass all aspects of site decommissioning, demolition and remediation as one of our specialist services from our core service.  We work throughout the industry, nationwide, with major corporate and independent retail clients.

A full site decommission may include all or part of the following;

• Initial closure and shut down.
• Removal of all product from tanks, fuel pipework and interceptors, including de-gassing.
• Removal of fuel pumps, signage etc.
• Demolition and removal of all buildings and forecourt.
• Demolition of canopy.
• Removal of all fuel tanks, interceptors and associated pipework.
• Remediation of contaminated soils in and around the site and its removal to a licensed tip or on site treatment.
• Level off site and leave site secure.

Stacey Construction liaise closely with all appointed environmental consultants or directly with the client and can take on any service such as this directly. We ensure that all necessary approvals are obtained before commencement and that all work carried out is conducted in accordance with current regulations and industry best practices.

All work is undertaken by fully trained and competent employees, supervised and managed to high health and safety standards and thus we would welcome third party inspections.
