Stacey Construction's Major Developments Division comprises two all encompassing areas Design & Build, and Traditional Build.

Our Design & Build service provides a complete, one-stop client solution taking care of all aspects of a construction project. This service includes the financing of projects right through to completion if required. With such a strong financial standing, Stacey Construction leaves you free to run your own business. We will design, plan, construct, and finance your project with outstanding management attention throughout, to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.

The majority of our Design & Build projects consist of motorway service areas, factories, warehouses, hotels and travelodges. Our D&B service is explained fully within each of the following sectors, including examples of projects undertaken:

Stacey Construction's Traditional Build team will build according to design plans provided by the client. This is in contrast to our D&B service where we will also provide the design plans for the client. Whatever your Traditional Build project, whether it's a factory, school, supermarket, hotel or professional practice, our management team will continuously monitor and programme the work to ensure that it's completed on time and within budget.
