PRESTIGIOUS WATERSIDE PROJECTS
FOR STACEY CONSTRUCTION

Stacey Construction has just completed a £1.3 million exclusive development of luxurious quayside apartments, complete with covered garaging, at Crabshell Quay in Kingsbridge, Devon. Constructed in two blocks, using local stone, the apartments are finished to a very high standard and most have either private balconies or patios with estuary views.
Managing Director, Shaun Stacey, said: "this has been a very exciting contract for us and we are delighted to have been involved in rejuvenating an old and run down brownfield site into such a superbly located and prestigious development".
Riding on the back of the successful Crabshell Quay project, the Company has just commenced works on a similar venture in the heart of Torquay. The £1.4 million scheme includes 16 apartments, and a penthouse with far reaching coastal views. Construction is expected to take approximately 44 weeks with completion expected to be in Summer 2004
