Press Release

STACEY CONSTRUCTION

PRESS RELEASE FOR NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2005

In line with the Company's plans for expansion and further development, Stacey Construction recently appointed a new Operations Manager.  Nigel Matthews, who joined the Company in May of this year as Contracts Manager on a £3 million housing project in Monmouth, will now be responsible for the full operational activities of the company's Main Contracting Division.

Nigel brings over 30 years' experience to the company.  His career to date has been varied and interesting, not least the 10 years he spent on secondment to the Royal Household, during which time, he worked on the structural reinforcement and renovation of the Private Chapel at Kensington Palace and restoration works to the interior of Windsor Castle following the devastating fire of 1992.

Nigel's extensive knowledge and expertise will further strengthen the company's existing highly skilled and professional management team, and he is very much looking forward to the challenge of his new role.  Other recent appointments at Stacey Construction include Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers and Site Agents.

Commercial Manager, Roger Trott stated that the new appointments are in line with the company's plans for growth and development.  All three divisions, namely Main Contracting, Forecourts, and Small Works, are doing very well, and with a number of large projects due to commence shortly, the company looks set for a bumper 2006.
