STACEY CONSTRUCTION BUILD NEW RETAIL SHOWCASE
FOR J & K AQUATIC

STACEY CONSTRUCTION has just completed a modern retail outlet at Houndstone Business Park in Yeovil, Somerset, for J & K Aquatic.

The premises have been specifically designed and laid out to form a showcase for their stock of tropical fish, rodents, reptiles and birds, to the retail trade. Considerable thought and care have been given to the design and construction of this building to ensure provision of an environment necessary for the health and well-being of the animals throughout the changing seasons. The main building incorporates offices, storage facilities, and amenities for customers and staff.

Special attention has also been given to the area around the building. Sympathetically designed landscaping includes ponds, waterfalls, and shrub beds—with a Japanese style garden forming the main focal point. Further landscaping and large rock features have been used to soften security fencing surrounding the site.

The project was completed and handed over in time for the official opening, which was celebrated in grand style on Saturday 17th August.
