STACEY CONSTRUCTION PRESS RELEASE – MARCH 2007 STACEY CONSTRUCTION WINS SAFETY AWARD FROM EXXONMOBIL Stacey Construction’s specialist Petrol Forecourt Division has won first place in the prestigious ExxonMobil Safe Contractor of the Year Award for the 2006 Program in recognition of the company’s expertise, performance and commitment to achieving the highest standards of health and safety.  The award was presented to Stacey’s Contract Manager, Diarmad Perry at ExxonMobil’s UK and Ireland Annual Safety Conference held in Slough on the 29th March.  Stacey Construction is a family owned business with a genuine care and interest in employee health, safety and welfare, rather than profit motive alone.  The company has a clear safety policy with very robust supporting procedures, which are regularly audited under the internationally recognised Det Norkse Veritas (DNV) scheme.  Health and Safety Manager, Charlie Ducker, and a very pro active management team ensure a strong leadership and vigorous commitment to further improving the company’s already impeccable health and safety record.  It is this level of dedication that gives Stacey Construction the edge in a very competitive market place.
