A typical retail project might be to construct a new supermarket (with car park requiring access from the public highway), new offices, new light industrial premises, or simply to refurbish a small shop. With major refurbishments, the priority for you, and our first commitment, is to ensure that business proceeds as usual. As with our Design and Build service, if required, working schedules can be arranged so that much of the work is carried out through the night, so that disruption to ongoing business is kept to a minimum.

We will take care of the design and installation of all mechanical and electrical systems such as air conditioning, comfort cooling and refrigeration for example, and all Highway work, including submission of plans and alterations, will be carried out by us on your behalf.
